Cancellation Policy and Fees

In the event of a reservation cancellation at our guesthouse, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee depending on the time of cancellation:

• Cancellation 1 day before arrival or on the day of arrival: a cancellation fee of 100% of the accommodation price.
• Cancellation 2 days before arrival: a cancellation fee of 70% of the accommodation price.
• Cancellation 3 to 4 days before arrival: a cancellation fee of 50% of the accommodation price.

Special Provisions

Individual conditions: The guesthouse reserves the right to individually adjust cancellation policies (including different fees or deadlines) for group reservations or for bookings of more than 5 nights. These conditions will be agreed in advance with the customer in written form.
